Auto-renewal notice. Paid plans renew automatically — monthly plans each month, annual plans each year — at the then-current price, until you cancel. You’ll receive a receipt by email after each charge with the next renewal date and a one-click cancel link. Cancel any time from Settings or the Stripe billing portal; no phone call needed.

Questions about pricing.
Why per-attendance and not per-user?
Because per-user pricing punishes the mission. The bigger the roster you enroll, the more Pulsily is working — pricing should celebrate that, not tax it. Per-attendance also matches how churches already think about themselves.
What counts as “attendance”?
Average weekly worship attendance. The number you'd put on a denominational report, in an annual letter, or on a pastor's bio. Self-reported — we trust you.
Is the Free tier really free forever?
Yes. No card required, no clock. Capped at 10 leaders cared for so a youth pastor can run their own team without convincing the whole church. When you outgrow it, you'll be ready to upgrade.
What happens if my church grows past my plan?
We nudge you, we don't block you. Pulsily watches for sustained growth past your tier and emails an upgrade prompt. You stay running while you decide.
Annual discount?
Roughly 17% off (two months free) on annual billing. The annual prices in each card are the per-year rate.
Non-profit / church-plant discount?
Every church is a non-profit — these prices already reflect that. If you're a plant under two years old, drop us a note. We have a quiet program for new churches.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, in your Settings. You'll keep access through the end of the billing period and can export your data first — touches, notes, responses, audit log.
What about enterprise / denominational deals?
The Multi tier handles most multi-campus churches. For denominational rollups, custom API integrations, or anything outside the standard pattern, drop us a note.
